This is part of the Charter of the JCA:
6. SUPPORTThis agreement does not contemplate the transfer of funds from the University to Goddard. Any Goddard funds transferred to the University shall be the basis of specific research proposals which meet the requirements forward of cooperative agreements by the Government. Such awards shall be determined solely by the appropriate Goddard official(s). This Agreement shall not be construed to guarantee any such award concerning proposals not approved at time of award or this Agreement, and shall not be construed to guarantee continual funding during the period of this agreement ot to guarantee any level of funding. |
