GSFC Budget Guidelines

The following is only applicable to GSFC-based JCA Members (i.e. those who spend more than 2 days a week at GSFC)

The following items should be included on all budgets (these are in addition to UMBC/JCA overheads, benefits, UMBC-based hardware, UMBC-students etc)
