2005 Annual Report

(for the period 2005 Jan to 2005 Dec)

This is the report of the final year of the current JCA cooperative agreement between the University of Maryland Baltimore County (UMBC) and NASA's Goddard Space Flight Center (GSFC). Since the NASA Cooperative Agreement Notice (CAN) has still not been released, at the time of writing the JCA continues to operate via a no-cost extension (through 2006 March 31) awarded by NASA/GSFC. A proposal to recover the costs associated with JCA operations during this period will be submitted to NASA/GSFC in the very-near future, and future extensions will be sought until the forthcoming CAN is operational.
