2006 Annual Report

(for the period 2006 Jan to 2006 Sep)

This is a report of the JCA cooperative agreement between the University of Maryland Baltimore County (UMBC) and NASA's Goddard Space Flight Center (GSFC). The JCA cooperative agreement was ended by GSFC on 2006 Sep 30, to be replaced by the Center for Research and Exploration in Space Science and Technology (CRESST - see CRESST@UMBC) cooperative agreement between UMCP and NASA/GSFC. UMBC is a sub-contractor to UMCP, as part of UMCP's winning CRESST proposal (& associated Teaming-Agreement). Prior to this (since 2006 Jan 01), the JCA has been running based upon quarterly-renewels. This report covers the period between 2006 Jan 01 thru Sept 30, the last 3 quarters of the JCA coop.
